After my Vipassana retreat, I emerged with a deep sense of inner peace and clarity. I am still floating on cloud nine, in love with myself and life!! 💚
The experience of immersing myself in true silence has bestowed upon me a new peaceful understanding of myself and the world around me. Through self-reflection and mindfulness, I have tapped into a source of tranquility within me, enriching my mind so profoundly during this journey of inner contemplation.

In my life beyond 40, I still feel wonderful - youthful, energetic, healthy and filled with joy and satisfaction.
Precisely because I love life, the energy, activity and inspiration, I seek its counterpart - SILENCE.
I long for silence, for inner reflection and for peace and serenity. This is why I am treating myself this year and attending a silent retreat once again. In the seclusion of a silent monastery, I find space for self-reflection and inner contemplation. It is an opportunity to strengthen my inner tranquility and to gain insight and balance. The pursuit of spiritual fulfillment and inner harmony is a significant part of my journey, one that I approach with profound gratitude and humility.
